Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Roz has built a career across some of the world's most exceptional brands and properties.
From private islands in the British Virgin Islands to the Maldives, The World (Residences at Sea) and Necker Island, she has spent over 15 years at the intersection of ultra luxury real estate, hospitality and human performance.
Roz holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and a Global MBA and brings both to everything she does. She has seen first hand what becomes possible when the right knowledge meets the right mindset, and that curiosity drives everything.
If her primary school teacher ever reads this, Roz would like her to know that “while a smile is no substitute for effort”, (as she so kindly noted on that report card), it sure does help open doors along the way. Keep smiling!
