Roz Colthart is an accomplished entrepreneur, luxury real estate broker, and positive psychology expert with a career that spans over 15 years across the globe. She currently leads the real estate team for Corcoran BVI at Oil Nut Bay, an exclusive private island community in the British Virgin Islands known as the “billionaire’s playground.” In this role, she represents some of the Caribbean’s most sought-after real estate, working with discerning international buyers, developers, and brokers.

Roz’s background includes senior leadership roles in some of the world’s most luxurious settings. She served as Residential Director aboard The World, the only private residential ship at sea, and as Area Director of Villa Ownership at Soneva in the Maldives. She has also held management roles on Necker Island and led marketing for Malmaison Boutique Hotels during their aggressive growth phase in the UK.

A natural entrepreneur, Roz founded Salon Studios, the UK’s first salon suite business, bringing an innovative U.S. concept to the UK to support independent beauty professionals. She later launched The Salonpreneur, a coaching and content platform helping self-employed creatives build successful, drama-free businesses which gained her recognition from the UK government-backed GREAT inspiration campaign for her contributions to entrepreneurship and her support of independent professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic

Roz holds a Global MBA from Napier University in Scotland and an MSc in Positive Psychology from the University of East London which underpin her work as a mindset and marketing coach. She helps real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and service-led businesses grow their brands and confidence - online and off. Her approach combines deep business knowledge with the belief that success begins with resilience, clarity, and the courage to take action.

Roz also serves as an ambassador for Cancer Card, a Scottish charity that supports cancer patients and their families - a role deeply personal to her following the loss of her mother to cancer. Whether she’s guiding buyers through an eight-figure property purchase or mentoring entrepreneurs navigating their next chapter, Roz brings a grounded, human-centered approach to everything she does.
